We are set between the town centre and San Rocco, just 100 metres from the pedestrian area and all main services.
From here, you can easily walk to the shops or enjoy dinner in town, reach the cross-country ski trails and the cycling path within minutes, or take advantage of the ski bus that stops only 50 metres away.
The Galli Sport ski lift (Carosello area) is just 150 metres from the house – perfect if you love skiing without wasting time.

The slopes are very close – only 300 metres away.

No, but the apartments are equipped with full kitchens and we offer discounts at Bormolini Group restaurants.
Do the apartments come with bed linen and towels?
Yes, you don’t need to bring your own – we provide everything for you.
Is there an extra charge for final cleaning?
No, final cleaning is included in the price.
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
No, but even in summer they remain fresh and airy thanks to the mountain climate.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, your four-legged friend is welcome with a small supplement, respecting the premises and house rules.
Is the property accessible for disabled guests?
Unfortunately not, but for these needs you can stay at Hotel Sporting, also part of our group.
