Here, your holiday begins the moment you step outside. We’re located in the very heart of Livigno: just 50 metres away you’ll find the pedestrian area with shops, supermarkets and cafés, while the Tagliede chairlift is only 150 metres away, taking you straight into the Carosello Ski Area. At the same distance you’ll also find the cross-country ski trail and the cycle path. Central, convenient, and authentic – Casa Rosalba puts Livigno at your fingertips.

Is there a reception? What are the hours?
Yes, staff are available from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. From 11:00 pm to 7:00 am a dedicated phone number is active.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and cash.
Do you require a deposit to confirm the booking?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure the reservation.
Do you offer shuttle or private transfer services?
Yes, available on request and at an additional cost.
Is there parking or a garage available?
Yes, we provide free outdoor parking.
Do you have charging stations for electric cars?
Unfortunately, we are not yet equipped for electric car charging.
How far are the ski slopes?
The ski slopes are just 150 metres away.
Do you have a restaurant service?
No, but the apartments have fully equipped kitchens and we offer discounts with Bormolini Group restaurants.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, everything is provided – you don’t need to bring your own.
Is there an extra charge for final cleaning?
No, it’s included in the price.
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
No, but even in summer they remain fresh and airy thanks to the mountain climate.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, your four-legged friend is welcome with a small supplement, respecting the spaces and house rules.
Is the property accessible for disabled guests?
Unfortunately not, but for these needs you can choose Hotel Sporting, also owned by us.
